Lined Diaphragm Valves

UNP offers Diaphragm Valves in both Rising Stem/Spindle and Rising Handwheel designs. We provide double-layer diaphragms (TFM + EPDM) as well as triple-layer diaphragms (PTFE + PVDF + EPDM) to prevent diaphragm failure due to permeation, especially in chlorine applications.

Key features of our valves include dove-tail grooved anchored lining, investment-cast metal components, and the use of virgin raw materials. Additionally, our diaphragm valves are available with a modulating control feature and can be equipped with an actuation package for enhanced performance.
